2010 Silent Auction Plans

 

On behalf of the 2010 Silent Auction Committee, we welcome you and invite you to join us as we create a memorable event!  Each year our committee plans an event to raise funds for the school.  It includes a dinner, silent auction, and a reverse raffle.  There are also other fun raffles at the event as well.

 

This fabulous 1920s themed dinner, silent auction, and reverse raffle will take place on Saturday, March 20^th, 2010 at Guys Party Center.  Our guests will enjoy an elegant evening of shopping for silent and live auction items, dining, and socializing.

 

The goal of this wonderful evening is to generate necessary revenue to be used for school operating costs, teacher needs, and vital student services.  Last year the Silent Auction and Reverse Raffle raised a combined total of $52,000!

 

  Many hands are needed to prepare for a successful event.  There are many subcommittees, including donations, decorations, program, raffles, marketing, sponsorships, and more.  You can choose a task to fit your talents and choose how much time you commit!  Even helping with a few phone calls makes a big difference. 

 

Both the needed funds raised and the creation of wonderful memories at a fun-filled evening are the culmination of a year of hard work and preparation from our committees.  But dont think were all work and no play!  Being a committee member is a great way to help the school and make new friends in our SPJ family.  We invite you to join our 2010 Silent Auction Committee and help us dream bigger in 2010!
